Coastline Capital provides non-recourse fixed-rate financing options for the acquisition and refinancing of commercial real estate with traditional and non-traditional lenders including banks, CMBS, and life companies. Cash-out refinance and interest-only options are also available. Whether our client is buying a new commercial investment property or refinancing an existing property, we leverage our strong lending relationships to negotiate the best terms for our clients.

Construction

Coastline Capital assists real estate developers in obtaining commercial construction loans. We understand that each construction project is unique and we spend the time to understand each development, which allows us to provide competitive ground-up development loans and negotiate aggressively on behalf of our clients. In addition to traditional construction lenders, we have access to non-recourse construction loans, as well as mini-perm financing options.

Bridge

Coastline Capital understands our client’s need for high-leverage, non-recourse bridge loans with future funding options to finance value add and opportunistic acquisitions in today’s market. Our strong relationships with bridge lenders including debt funds and private lenders, allows us to find the most aggressive terms to suit the needs of our clients especially to close a transaction quickly and seamlessly.

Mezzanine

Coastline Capital realizes that many properties need structured financing to get higher leverage in the capital stack for various reasons and many times there is a need for mezzanine financing, which can also be in the form of preferred equity. We are very experienced in negotiating mezzanine financing and we maintain strong relationships with mezzanine lenders.
