Coastline Capital is a private client real esate lender based out of Newport Beach, CA. We specialize in working with investors and high net worth individuals whose transactions are too complex for traditional lenders. We have established relationships with private equity groups, hedge funds, private individuals and partnerships with institutional wholesale lenders. These strategic partnerships give us the ability to provide an array of debt solutions for short term acquisition financing, portfolio restructuring, and long term fixed debt.
